Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
This policy explains what this website collects, who it is shared with, and how to have it removed. It covers this website only.
Who is responsible
This site is operated for Edgard Plazaola, who coaches at Freestyle Fighting Academy, 1423 SW 107th Ave., Miami, FL 33174. You can reach a person about anything on this page by calling 305-225-4610 or emailing edgard@ffagyms.com.
What you give us
The enquiry form asks for your first name, your email address, and your phone number. The phone number is optional; the other two are required in order to reply to you. You do not have to use the form — you can call instead, and nothing is recorded by this website when you do.
Please do not send us anything sensitive through this form. It asks for a name, an email address and a phone number, and nothing else is needed to arrange a conversation.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your enquiry, to arrange training, and to follow up about training, fights and merchandise. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Who else sees it
When you submit the form, your details are sent to Keap (also called Infusionsoft), the customer management service where enquiries are stored so they are not lost. Keap processes the information on our behalf.
The form is protected from automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA. To work, reCAPTCHA sends information about your visit to Google, and Google may set cookies in your browser as part of that check. Google’s use of that information is governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
What loading the page sends, before you type anything
Simply opening this page causes your browser to request files from a few other companies. Each of them receives your IP address and basic technical information, in the ordinary way the web works:
- Amazon Web Services — hosts the site and delivers the pages. We have not turned on visitor logging, so no record of your visit is kept by us.
- Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces the page is set in.
- Cloudflare — supplies a shared code library the enquiry form needs.
- Keap and Google reCAPTCHA — supply the form itself and its spam check, as described above.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and stores nothing in your browser. We checked this on the live site on October 29, 2026 and found no cookies and no stored data. Google’s reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies when it checks the form, as described above.
Analytics
This website currently has no analytics and no advertising tracking. If that changes, this page will be updated before or at the same time.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and to keep in touch about training, unless you ask us to remove them. Ask, and we will remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and replying STOP to a text message stops texts. To make any of these requests, call 305-225-4610 or email edgard@ffagyms.com. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Track
This website does not track you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.
Age
This website is intended for adults. Please do not use the enquiry form if you are under 18. If you are enquiring about training for a child, a parent or guardian should send the enquiry. If we learn that a child has sent us their details, we will delete them.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the form is sent encrypted to Keap. No website can promise perfect security, and we do not.
Other websites
This site links to other websites, including social media and fight organisations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Changes to this policy
If what this website collects changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
