What this website is

This website provides general information about Edgard Plazaola and a way to get in touch. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract. Training, availability and price are agreed directly with Edgard before anything begins. Sending the enquiry form does not book a session and does not oblige anyone to provide one.

Training is arranged elsewhere, and carries risk

Combat sports training involves physical contact and a genuine risk of injury. Nothing on this website is medical, health or fitness advice, and nothing here is a substitute for speaking to a doctor. You should get medical advice before starting any new physical training.

Any training takes place under a separate arrangement with Edgard Plazaola and, where it applies, with Freestyle Fighting Academy, under their own terms, waivers and membership paperwork. This website is not that agreement and does not replace it.

Fight record and other information

The record, ranking and fight information shown here are believed correct when published and change over time. They are provided for general information and should not be relied on as a current or official record. Official records are published by the relevant fight organisations.

Names and trademarks that belong to others

This site refers to other organisations, including fight promotions and the gym where Edgard coaches, in order to describe his career accurately. Those names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Except where this site says otherwise, mentioning them does not mean this website is operated, sponsored, endorsed or approved by them.

Content on this site

The text, images, video, design and logo on this website are owned by Edgard Plazaola or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share the pages normally. You may not copy, republish, sell or use the content commercially without written permission.

How you may use the site

You agree not to:

  • submit anyone else’s details, or details that are not true;
  • use the enquiry form to send advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful;
  • scrape, harvest or copy the site automatically, or try to get around its spam protection;
  • attempt to interfere with the site, or with anyone else’s use of it.

We may remove access to the site, or to the enquiry form, from anyone who does these things.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims connected with this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; where that is so, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

The whole agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this website. They do not change any separate written agreement you have about training, membership or anything else.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
